I, like most unfortunates, suffer from blackheads. I am usually lucky when it comes to spots but definitely not blackheads.I was suggested this by one of the workers, I did as they said and it put it in a bowl of hot water and let the steam hit my face, I also but a towel over my head to stop stream escaping. For me it wasn't my preferred choice and I wasn't really happy with it so I won't be getting it again. However, it really does steam your face properly so that is a plus. The tea tree smell is also lovely.
